Adding to the driving debacle, Police News Affairs Officer Janel Sedevic said the 20-year-old motorist, who didn't own the car he was driving, then crashed into a tree off-camera.

It all happened around 4 p.m. Oct. 30. Sedevic said the driver was arrested and charged with several traffic misdemeanors as well as criminal trespass of a vehicle and damage to city property (the tree).

I'd be 100% at fault. I checked before I swerved. Saved that dumb driver tons of money.

Firstly, you can't defend him, and then say "i'm not defending him."

Secondly, had the retard pulled over, and gotten out, there would be no reason for the cab driver to pull out what looks like a flaccid eggplant.

Anyway, I think the only reason someone would try to run away after hitting someone on a busy street in Chicago was either if he was intoxicated and/or had no insurance.

the nissan driver was moving up towards the cab driver as if to threaten to run him over several times. i would think that it defended in court to be self defense at this point because the cab driver had the right to step out of his vehicle (normally if you just get out of the car it would be 'road rage', but in the case of an accident, you can legally walk out onto traffic)

Fella in Cayenne Turbo merged into me today and just kept on driving. Got him to stop after some time, but he refused to provide his info. That's too bad, good to have a dashcam ) Watch out for black Cayenne Turbo "636 NPS"

I saw the guy at his car when i was coming out. I was tempted to show him the footage but it was just too damn hot outside.

**edit

Based on the number of fails, you guys think the cart made contact with the car. The cart did not make contact with the car.
