Absolutely the Cruze's fault. Wet weather, pulled out with like a 1 second gap. And she has the balls to say totally not her fault

Although, i bet some ABS and better tires could've helped a bit. Guy locked up right away barely slowing down.

Red Mercedes on the right.. why even try this shit downtown? Obviously got stuck behind a hoard of pedestrians crossing and thus blocked oncoming traffic.

You know that exit fork on knight street heading south to either get on to Alderbridge or to get to delta/surrey?

Some dumb shit came to a complete stop and backed up last night on the delta surrey exit, no doubt missing the alderbridge exit. One car slammed their brakes and the guy doing the backing up was forced to go into the east-west connector anyways. It was a white mazda 5 or something in that shape. Wow is all I can say. Thank god I was going to Westmin hwy.

Even her boyfriend shut the fuck up lol. I would laugh at that fat bastard, tell her to cut the crap and wait the cops to come to determine whos at fault. O and btw, shake her hands too and say thank you because she will be paying for my bumper respray. Fucking fat bitch.

And this video was from May. Any update? I hope he burned her in the settlement.
If he were speeding around a blind corner (Speeding on a road with a sign warning of a hidden driveway, for example), then she could claim that. That clearly wasn't the case here as it was straight with good visibility and he had no reason to expect her to enter his lane. Also, she pulls out with him approximately 30-40 feet away from her.

I have a question. I was just coming home driving on a residential street. On my left are parked cars and on the right is empty. Both the oncoming car and I meet where there are cars parked on my left. Do I have the right of way? I am pretty sure I do. :S

If you're driving a truck = right of way.

But in all seriousness, that's a good question as to the legality of it.

Why drivers in China intentionally kill the pedestrians they hit: China?s laws have encouraged the hit to kill phenomenon.

Interesting article about people in China and Taiwan going back and making sure the people they hit are dead because it's less costly to kill someone than to injure someone in an accident.

Story time...

So today at the Richmond Sushi plaza parking lot clusterfuck, I was waiting in a line of cars, a 997 in front of me and a dodge journey behind me. The 997 sees a spot in front, so he backs up a bit to let them out of the spot. I also back up slightly so they have room.

The journey behind me lays on the horn when i had more than a couple meters of space left, I also have backup cam so I wasn't being dumb. Seconds later, I see the journey behind me decided to backup as well (totally unnecessary) then all I heard was a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep and small crunch noise.
Turns out the older lady backed straight up into a C-Class.

Kinda felt bad but hey not my fault

well.. I have dilemma all the time.
When a car is backing up and pretty close to my front bumper, it's hard to tell if that person is looking at the backup camera or just not seeing my car.

Seeing how this is Richmond, they probably have the backup camera.. but not looking at it anyways. I give it a friendly short honk.

The BMW driver was trying to dodge this car to avoid a collision.
