just to be a dick i would have held your ground. you were going straight first and he pulled out. plus, it seemed like he had a passenger. he would have been charging them for all the time wasted, im pretty sure the passenger would have told the driver to move.
someone cut me off tonight in burnaby and then tried to brake check me.
called RCMP non-emerg few hours later and asked to submit dash cam footage and apparently next time I will need to call 911 immediately or else I will need to commit to a court appearance if I wish to report it.
weird, ive called lots of drivers in while working with some of the shit i saw...they never had an issue when i called the non-emerg line. They just took my statement down, and if it was a severe call-in, an officer would call me back later if they got in touch with the driver

yep, they said I could report it but there would be a file number and it would be pretty official. This is for burnaby RCMP...may be other jurisdictions it's a bit different but this link seems pretty general for BC
makes me wonder how long will Matt Farah survive before he gets into one of these accidents (the dude from the smoking tire if you don't know who he is). The dude is a very good driver, but the speed he drives in those canyons in is outrageous. I don't know if a good driver can even save himself in these situations.
