If the idiotic drivers of Vancouver could always get instant retribution for their wrongdoings, the city would be a happier place.

Picture it: you’re rolling along Pacific Boulevard when an entitled jerk driving in the parking lane decides to cut you off. He then swerves back into the parking lane to try and get ahead of traffic.

Little does he know a Vancouver Police officer is right behind him.

That’s exactly what happens in this oh-so-satisfying dash cam video posted to YouTube, and the bad driver’s reaction at the end is priceless.

Watch the video below. Be warned, there’s some coarse language, so it might not be safe for work.

Someone is getting fired....

Quote:
All new Porsches are cooled by water. That's just the way it is now, and no amount of purist moaning is going to change it. But when it comes to a water-cooled Porsche, this stretches the limits.

This Gulf-livery-themed 911 GT3 RS had its nose deposited in a canal outside Porsche of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. There's a water hazard joke to be made here. According to a Google translation, the dealership's owner is blaming a mechanic for the mistake, while adding the damage isn't fatal to the ultra-rare 911.

That has to be at least partially because the heart of this beast – the 4.0-liter, 500-horsepower flat-six engine – sits at the far rear of the car. Hopefully, that means damage is limited to just the body, brakes, and suspension. While it's hard to tell from the angle of this photo, the rear-engine layout may also be what kept more of the car from going in the drink – it seems possible a front-engine car may have been submerged.

Man accused of going over 250km/h in Vancouver crash - NEWS 1130

This idiot is lucky that nobody died in the car accident as a result of his excessive speeding.

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – A man has been charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm. The 19-year-old is accused of driving at over 250km/h — five times the speed limit.

It’s in connection with a single-vehicle crash involving a Mercedes on Southwest Marine Drive at 57th Avenue in April, 2015.

“We’re very lucky, I think, that we didn’t pull two dead bodies out of this vehicle,” says VPD Constable Brian Montague.

Yue Hui Wang, a Chinese national, was released from the hospital the next day. But his 17-year-old passenger was left seriously hurt with head trauma, facial fractures, brain swelling, a broken arm, and possible eye damage.

“When the investigators told me how fast he was going, I honestly didn’t believe it. I didn’t think someone could actually travel that fast on that particular stretch of roadway,” says Montague.

“Clearly, they can’t without losing control and crashing. We don’t see these speeds in the city. We see people travelling at high rates of speeds, but 250km/h is nothing short of insanity,” he adds.

“The fact that when they crossed over the centre line into oncoming traffic that the didn’t run into another vehicle… very lucky, again. Had they hit somebody… or a vehicle coming in another direction, I imagine both vehicles would have been disintegrated.”

The driver and passenger apparently know each other through mutual friends. “My understanding is they weren’t friends, but they did know each other through other people.”

The car was registered to the driver’s parents. At the time of the crash, police say Wang was living in Richmond was driving the acquaintance home to Vancouver.

He was recently arrested at YVR when returning to Canada.

“Whether or not he knew there was a warrant out for his arrest, I’m not sure,” says Montague, who adds Wang missed the citizenship ceremony, which he was returning to the country for.

In addition to the charge, his passport has been revoked. He is not allowed to be in the driver’s seat of any vehicle.

What difference does it make. Guests make up the majority of views around here, constantly stealing content and information from the site. Then they go on FB or other sites and complain about how were all assholes and Revscene is full of stupid kids.

what am i missing here on the last night clip? i just see the car changed lane and then u and him have a talk.

edit: i think you mean in clip 2 when that swerve happened...not clip 3. clip 3 was just telling the guy to put down his phone?

There's 4 clips.

1. BMW X5 slams into median
2. Corolla or whatever hit tree in median, cop was present
3. Mitsubishi changes lanes into my GF
4. Guy on his phone at a light, I tell him to put it down

I live to the right of that intersection. That double lane merge with white solid is a death trap for riders if you take the left lane. People change lanes when they're not suppose to, they don't shoulder check, and even if they did, they can't see shit while turning right. Good on your girlfriend for the quick reaction.
