You could probably take it to any engineering firm, since it takes serious mathematical calculations to complete such a task

i have a belt puncher too. it's cleaner, but a nail and hammer will do the job if you want to get it done quicklyi

I've seen hardware specifically for this...basically a hollow nail...for $2 at Daiso.

But really...how hard could it be?

You would know how easy it is. I am sure over your life, you would have had to add many, many, holes in your belts.
