Yeah, the reason he got towed at VCC last week was because he was illegally parked. And to top it off, the SPCA was called because the idiot owner of this car left his dog in his car with all the windows closed for hours.

at vcc for one more week to do the exam for painting cars.. Probably why I am so anal to keepijg car clean.. How do you know if windows are closed? The visors are there. I've personally witnessed this guy beat his dog w/ a gas pump nozzle while the pump trigger was activated, it was quite a spectacle. It might not have been the same car in the pic though. Car was rollin 19x11 all around CCW Classics w/ a +7 offset. So it was not this guy on second thought.
