Seen it in Richmond at night time, got followed by a cop, this was before though.
Running a zero offset is literally just asking for a VI.

because if your fender is touching the tire, it could wear through the shoulder and cause a blowout. which could cause you to lose control, injuring your self or others, and causing property damage...
