I agree with what is being said here Fan's View: NHL Realignment Misses the Mark with Four "Conferences" - NHL - Yahoo! Sports. Anyone else have an opinion on this realignment thing?

This is stupid. 4 conferences???

15 years ago when they had 2 conferences with 2 divisions in each side worked really well. Honestly, i am gonna be sick of the same teams coming over and over....when we are going to be deprived with the likes of the Detroit Red Wings or the Chicago Blackhawks coming twice a year.

Same thing with the East....where teams like Toronto will be deprived of The Penguins and the Caps only coming to them once a year as well.

Really....it screws over the fans.
