If he's lacking upper chest, incline dumbbell press/overhead press might be a better idea.. I feel like dips don't really emphasize the upper pecs as much as doing it the latter

I wouldn't really say doing dips with feet behind you is wrong, it just emphasizes different muscles like the lower chest, delts

i personally hate to do decline press (i've actually seen a guy get his nail ripped off from doing it cus he couldn't drop the dumbbells properly) and so occasionally I'll do dips for accessories so I can work on the lower pecs

side note: lookin good meowjin, making some good gainsss

Hit the gym today after 9 days of juice fasting (spoiler: its more a test of self control than anything) 12 lbs lighter. Lifts went down a bit but felt pretty solid.

Im planning on doing the june powerlifting meet.
Havent registered for the meet or bcpa membership yet though.
Is a singlet the only thing that is required for equipment?

GG to everyone in your weight class

If sid_vicious or situation joins, I'll watch you guys fight it out LOL

On another note, I might compete in fall classic or the one after, might move up a weight class

I have a size small as well, so I know that feel

This was what I looked like.

Crotch area was tight as well, but I don't think it was too much trouble though
