I was just about to order a pair of TKs on Amazon since my dad was making a purchase online too, now I'm reconsidering..
Any actual benefits in Rehbands compared to TKs, or is it just the brand? They both seem similar in quality.

big price difference, but you get the benefit that it's ipf legal
never tried the rehbands before, but the TKs are pretty good and a lot cheaper then rehbands

Recently started lifting heavy using dumbbells - i.e. benching with them
Since last week, started developing tinkling/pain/soreness in the palm (esp. area under the thumb).
Really preventing finishing my sets now.
Anyone experienced this?
You guys think it's nerve inflammation?

Started off with elbow tendinitis, and now I'm feeling it on my long tricep head.
Bench press numbers have been dropping every workout, feelsbatman
Definitely going to take it easy on the pressing, and focus more on pulling.
EDIT:
If anyone is looking for Rehband 7051s, they have it on Amazon for $42 shipped (free) only in the States. Definitely worth the drive to PR if you're planning on making a purchase online anyways.

Went for 275lbs bench today. Couldnt get it  . That was the heaviest I've ever tried. Dave69 when are lifting on sunday?
