^Good S#it.. BTW i love hainanese chicken just as much as anyone else.. Do yourself a favour and have the chicken to go (with no rice).. go easy on the onion oil, take the skin out, and eat it with some quinoa.. And cut back on the baked porkchop rice.. LOL
Or you can try to make it at home.. it's actually not too difficult
Hey I just moved to Aussie a few months ago, where you training at? Gym memberships here are so expensive!
wow hit a new pr half asleep...haven't been lifting anywhere close to this for awhile now
2x bw deadlift for 13 reps no chalk
Shit, beast mode man! Making huge gainz
Did you belt up for it? Just ordered my inzer lever belt, what are your thoughts on using it for deadlifting? I seen some guys wear it super high up closer to the sternum level as opposed to the typical waist level Posted via RS Mobile
You won't have much room to adjust the height of the belt that it will make a big difference IMO. The belt placement will also depend on the structure of your body, but once the belt is broken into..you'll find that sweet spot
You'll might also find it a bit better if you used one hole loose in comparison to your squat. Makes it a bit easier to reach down for the bar.
+ 1 to body type. I wear my belt around my waist for squats, but closer to my sternum on deads.. If i wear my belt low on deads, I find that I can't take a deep enough breath and produce enough pressure...
