It all depends... If you are gonna only buy a couple things then just go to the local store.. If you are paying $10 shipping on $30 worth of stuff and the difference in price of online vs buying from the store is like $5-10 buck is it really worth it when you can have the product in your hand that day.

Interesting, I should definitely pick some of this stuff up.

Man I was just looking at some of those muscle pharm products, they have to be the worst company today when it comes to overhyping bunk crap products. I thought muscletech was bad, but these guys are far, far worse!

Someone introduced that exercise to me at the gym a couple days ago.

Hits the spot hard and burns.

At first glance you think they actually won an award for the supplement. When you look closer you realize its for "packaging of the year" LOL

Hey guys,

I was looking into starting working out again, I used to work out before but I'm a complete beginner. I did mostly cardio and then arms/core and a bit of legs. I didn't know exactly what I was doing and I usually had a friend telling me what I should do.

Are there any workouts you guys would recommend to get me back in the gym? I'll probably be working out every other day. Just wanna lose the weight I gained over the summer and get a bit toned. Don't really want to do something like p90x just something casual and then when I have more time I can start working on something like p90x.

Thanks!
