great article related to my post above
Is nutrition research a pseudoscience?

Quote:
We may be witnessing the confluence of two inherent components of the human condition: incompetence and self-interest. Nutrition has had many colossal and costly failures. The list of dietary components claimed to reduce cardiovascular disease (CVD), prevent cognitive decline, and/or fight cancer that were later refuted via clinical trials is extensive. And while the self-correcting nature of science necessitates failure, the vast majority of nutrition's failures were engendered by a complete lack of familiarity with the scientific method. This deficit is most apparent in the field's reliance on self-reports of diet. Such information, to which nutrition researchers assign numeric caloric values, is rife with bias, and without the ability to corroborate or falsify the reports, the data should be considered pseudoscientific—outside the realm of scientific research

went to price smart food today: the kaizen whey protein 2 pounds shown on the website is $29.99. Whey protein isolate is 33.99. Though I didn't find much difference between the two. 24 pro vs 25 pro per 30g of serving.

I actually hate that. I need some people there for motivation. It's just too boring for me if I'm the only one there

It's probably not as good to cycle off on the weekends. Come Monday your muscles won't be as saturated with the necessary amino acids. Just take it steadily throughout the week. Can't hurt to take a few week break from it once and a while though. That's what I'm doing right now. It sits quiet heavy on your digestive system and a break can help your kidneys.

Same here for me after a month or so there was no more extra energy. Possibly a placebo effect, going to take a couple weeks off and see how it is when I go back on it.

What happens when 3 different guys with 3 of the same mutant mass shaker cups leave them on the floor within a 5 foot radius ?

Hilarity ensures.

I watched 3 guys trying to figure out which bottle was theirs for a good 5 minutes.

One guy finally said fuck it and chucked his.

always a solid idea,

since i have been doing 531 past 3 months it had been great. for the majority of my working out "career" i have always done body building style format for training and i got pretty strong along the way, since the 531 i have bumped my lifts up big time since i have been doing the power lifting ect and not body building, Good switch up and im having a blast
