SportsCentral closing at 11am tomorrow 
Was looking into going to Oval for the day, but drop-in is $16.50... Costs more than 1 month of my SC membership

My gyms closes at 3pm on the 24th then closed 25th/26th and of course New Years day.

Any of you guys do triangle push ups? I used to hate them (1repmaxLOL) and haven't done them for months. I guess my triceps have been developing as they are not nearly as difficult. That being said they are still a killer push up.
(Make a triangle with your thumb and index of both hands, place under chest, do push ups!)

Dropped a 45 on myself, had to call in sick for work. Busted toe nails.
But on the bright side finally hit the 405 club for squats.
edit: went home to shower and went to the hospital, got some stitches and nails taken off. Doctor prescribed me t3 and gave me a week off from work.
