I prefer double underhand barbell rows over deadlifts. My friend's say they hurt your back if u don't do it right.

not as beast as loovdoo yet, but despite less than ideal conditions (nasty flu and muscle aches) i decided to go to the gym today and motivation is strong

first time doing heavy front squats

second rep of 315 x 1 (first recording did not get the 3 plates) first time felt easy so i did a second time.

Hey Revscene! As well as bodybuilding I love to golf! As you can see in my video I'm no rookie golfer. My bodybuilding has allowed me to play golf without a club! Chest and biceps all day everyday. If anyone wants to golf feel free to pm me!
