How'd the training session go?

So last night I fucked up. Using the shrug machine with 4 plates I lost my balance and totally tweaked my upper back. So mad at myself. So I'm now in bed and struggle to take a full breathe or lift my phone up to my ear

yea he doesn't compete in powerlifting but his powerlifts are super strong

his best lifts are a 1014 lb suited deadlift, 660 lb bench press (raw), and 880 lb squat...raw

da fuq...

Had a leg session and after my first set, my entire right leg ached and I couldn't finish my work out.

It's not a shooting pain or anything, and it feels fine when I'm not training.

Although few days later my knee has been slightly bothering me and I feel the pain deviates from there.

Assuming not, but anyone experience a similar issue? lol

imo looks like u pinched a nerve, see a dr or pt/physio

i pinched a nerve in the upper back kinda dealt with it on and off for 3 weeks and it finally got bettter after seeing a chiro

Is it ok to be eating 6+ eggs a day.

I know it isn't exactly bad for cholesterol, but would it be better to be mixing in egg whites, instead of cracking 6 xtra large eggs in a pan.

There is good and bad cholesterol of course. And substituting 2 of the eggs for egg white is always a good idea. But you're healthy and don't suck down cheeseburgers 5x a week so eggs won't kill you

Update: appears to be very minor knee aches here and there throughout the day.

Anyone have that before? Don't think what I said before was very accurate.

I don't believe it's a nerve; feels more like quadricep tendonitis but unsure.

Any suggestions/advice?

I have my appointment next Tuesday so looking for as much help as possible until then.
