started my PT sessions at 299 with 44% BF ( i had lost 25lbs by this point )

and roughly 3.5 months later im at 295 with 38% BF.

progress, not as fast as i want it too, as my diet is still not super clean but its WAY better than before.

Cant wait for my check in in another 3 months

Keep it up! Tighten up the diet, it's REALLY important. I didn't really start losing weight until I was in the 1400 cals range. I started at 220 lbs last february and got down to 176 in about 6 or 7 months before going into gainz mode.

At 300 lbs you should be able to lose about 100 lbs pretty easily just with diet and weight training. From there you can start cardio and really melt it off.

Dan Green is holding a seminar in Vancouver. I messaged them and it's 100USD (+75 per friend).
So expensive. Guess I'm not going

Slow progress better than none.

Especially if you're a larger person and don't want excess skin left over after an immediate drop in weight in a short period of time.

Is it true that slower weight loss leads to extra skin? I always assumed the skin is going to be there no matter what once you lose the fat...

Always thought they were cheaper than that.
Edit: any of you interested in a "group buy"?

There's a difference between being strong and being a good teacher/instructor. Watching his videos, Bryce Lewis seems pretty articulate (and happens to be strong too). Wish I went to that one. Dan green is strong no doubt, but not sure if his seminar is worth a bill though.

Good deal on ON protein in the States at GNC.com.

9.6lbs Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate) - Slickdeals.net

9.6 lbs of ON chocolate or vanilla for 57 bucks US free shipping with code PAYPALSHIP. (need to enter quantity of 2 for discount)
GNC member code 460387353807 for another couple bucks off.
Delete the bonus BCAA sampler if you don't want an extra package shipped since it is in stock.

It's already out of stock but I just ordered 20 lbs at 105 usd.
