what is everyones big 3 stats? me 170 x 5 BP, 235x 5 squat, 280 x 4 dead.. cant wait to hit 200 on the BP

i dont do bench anymore but i could do 3 plates on each side for 2 reps so ( 305x2)
bench dunbells 120x6
squat 325x5
dead 395x2
standing barbell military press 145x4
sitting military barbell press 165x4

awesome day today! bench, 1 arm row, shoulder, deadlift

bench sorta sucked only got one good set of 225 in before it fell apart.

upped smith machine Shoulder Press to 2(3rd and 4th sets) x 6 x 205lbs tho.

I want to throw my Anaconda experience in to the mix.

As most of you guys know, I started taking it a couple weeks before heading to Joe DeFranco's for the NFL combine training I wrote about in "The Most Brutal Training Camp On Earth."

At this time, Tim and Christian didn't have the exact protocol down yet, so I was just mixing a scoop or two in some water and draining it. And even then the results were awesome: I was able to lift more weight, do more reps, recover faster, and significantly reduce soreness (which was pretty damn important since we trained intensely for a couple hours each day and did the god-awful Prowler pushes).

Then a few months ago Tim and Christian gave me the updated protocol which I've been using every time I train. (Well, every time except for a couple of weeks ago when I ran out of Anaconda and was in between shipments. I made myself go to the gym, but after being on the perfect protocol for so long I felt like my performance that week just wasn't that good.)

I'll say this about the protocol: it's intense and only for guys who are serious about putting on muscle as quickly as possible. The muscle, strength, and power gains I've seen from hard training combined Anaconda protocol have been the best gains of my life.

I'm not bullshitting; it's your choice to experiment with it or not.

All I know is that even if Biotest cut the cord on me tomorrow, I'd still gladly hand over money to have Anaconda, Finibar, Alpha GPC, and Mag-10 stocked in my cabinet.

somedays i wish it was only a day. there are periods of time when i just dont fucking want to goto the gym. i've got it drilled into my head now tho that going to the gym and doing 80% is better than sitting on the couch playing MW2.

I find that if I am not motivated to the gym, and I go have an ass-kicking workout, it feels better than if I was totally hyped to go to the gym. But usually I only want to avoid the gym when I got less than 6 hours of sleep, so I am too tired to have that kind of a workout

First day back after a trip to Hawaii(two weeks), two more weeks of shit eating and drinking while struggling to beat a 2 week cold. So far not impressed with my losses. Wow. 3-4 months of progress gone down the tube. Day two tomorrow..

God I'd hate to see how much strength I'll lose when I'm finally able to get back to the gym
Do you guys find your gains come back pretty quick after long absences from the weights?
