Christmas time is so hard to get into workout mode, gyms close early, all the feasts and partying, im just doing my best to maintain things right now then will go ALL OUT IN JAN TIL SUMMER

I think its hard when the weather is so dark and gloomy all the time.
I'm starting to think the seasonal change has a huge influence on me

Im at 110% in the gym right now. Winter is always better for me because Im not working so much and I can get some good sleep and rest in

i use those, they a dirt cheap, i go threw about 8-10 a day
