to everyone that is a member or just joined sports central these coupons can be stacked so you could get 2 years for $200 and all you guys that look like shamus also get 50 mins free tanning

i have been going to this gym for a couple of years and all those worried about it shutting down shouldnt..because of the squash corts this place wont shut down (least thats what the managaer told me last summer)

omg new girl at the gym today, super fit. Muscular but not bulky, with a great ass. Looks like she could lift as much as me, if not more

OK I took my sample of 1MR tonite. Wasnt expecting much more than what I usually get from superdump.




I was wrong.


Holy FUCK that shit is potent. I absolutely tore up my workout tonight. Did Chest/Back. Set new PR in everything I did, and I had so much fuckin energy and my power kept up the whole time. JeffH almost had to drag me out of the gym I didnt want to stop. No way in hell Im going to sleep tonight tho.

And the gym was full of so many smokin hot chicks. I wanted to crush easily a dozen boxes tonight.

God damn.

Was deciding to cancel my workout today since it started snowing. I went anyway and set a new PR for deadlifts (3 plates x 4 reps), along with a sick back workout. Now the road to 4 plates.

I remember my first workout with it, even with half a scoop my energy was insane!

Be careful though, with time your body will get used to it and it wont do much

I might just stick with superdump. 1MR seems to be a wee bit too intense. and Im on the fence about 1,3 Dimethylamylamine.

Thought I'd share this here... for anybody who's gym membership that might be expiring soon.

The deal has no expiration date to when it needs to be redeemed by.

Sport Central is located right by the Summer Night Market Location (Or RS Summer Meat Location )
