I then do dumbbell press, then its time for my favorite exercise (youtube link):

Then I superset front raises > side raises > rear dumbbell (deltoid?) fly.

Traps I still haven't mastered but lately i've just been finding the biggest dumbells I can and shrugging those and I'm getting some results + grip strength is increasing.

Shoulder's are probably my favorite thing to workout Finally got a routine that I'm seeing results with. I'm still lifting pretty light but these exercises are helping improve everything drastically. A lot of gyms have some specialty shoulder machines, they're worth checking out to safely get your muscles used to the motion.

looking at puting in an order from BB.com, is all glutamine pretty much created equal? in terms of reviews/price this seems pretty good:

I had a great epiphany today, I went out to party in the mirror of the bathroom I came to a realization the harm im putting my body through and all the effort i put in this week will be going down the train for artificial BULL SHIT. I am done. Amping up the dedication, desire, and discipline - the only way to do it. Night.

I would like to take a moment here, to thank strykn.

Thank you for giving my lats an attack. I am forever indebted to you.

Best trainer via BBM ever.

... do you guys ever get blinded by the flourescent lighting at your gym when you're lying on your back benchpressing? Cuz apparently mr. "plug my phone into charge at the gym while I workout in my ed hardy and shades" does. Shades .. in the gym ... this is a first for me. Then he somehow went on to use a tricep pushdown machine wrong ... thankfully for him a trainer was around and corrected him lol.

For you guys who supplement with glutamine, don't your protein shakes already have it?

I take ON Whey, and there's glutamine already in there (4g). Also, my casein has about the same amount as well.

glutamine won't do shit for you in terms of performance or recovery. However it is really good for your digestive system and immune system, so still worth taking.

Would squats help build leg strength to increase vertical? Or would a focus on plyometrics get more results?

In order to jump you need to generate power. Power = strength + speed

You'll want a combination of strength (squat) and plyo (explosive movements) training.

Used it for awhile, gave me a lot of gas though.Wouldn't doubt that it works though. Gives you about 1250 calories per serving. I took one scoop in the morning and one in the evening instead of pounding two down at once. Gets extremely thick with milk by the way.
