Does anyone here only eat free range eggs or 'pastured' eggs?
I've been spamming eggs for a while but I've been buying the extra large ones from Superstore for ~$2.30/dozen.
I'm considering maybe trying the more expensive ones since they are supposedly healthier for you?
k so today was bicep day and i pushed myself to do more weight for EZ bar curls and ive just noticed some bruising around my left forearm, at first it was just a small bump but its bruising pretty big. is this something i should check out or has this happened to anyone before?

Off to the gym, today is leg day. Not sure if i'm gunna do 5x5 or 10x10 squats. I've been doing a lot of box jumps after I do my squats, I can now jump on top of the 4 foot platform (i'm 5'6) about 12 times. Not sure if it's going to result in any gains but i'm pretty impressed with the explosive strength my legs have. To be honest, i'd be more impressed with myself if I could jump on top of 5 foot platform as opposed to squatting 400 or something.
Pushing iron is one thing, i have deecent numbers (unless you compare me to Halo) but i wanna be able to do shit like this!
