any of you guys take supplements? if so any rec for good fat burners?
I work out hard (to the pt I can do it no more) but just cant get to my ideal body
Think some fat burners will help.. what you guys think?

but the problem is
how do you eat that often if are in university and taking classes all the time?
im up to bring food but they go bad w/o a refrigerator

you can get the same result with diet, most people are lazy and think a fat burner will turn them into something crazy nope, proper diet and cardio will get you everything you need

when doing weighted widegrip pullups, is it essential to get ur chin overtop of the bar? i moved up to 45's but im only getting to about mouth level. is that fine or am i losing out somehow by not going up all the way.

As long as you focus on pulling with your lats and squeezing them at the top you should be fine.

he was real popular on sites like bodybuilding.com and simply shredded. i think he won simply shredded magazines 200lb+ summer beach body contest last year. has a bunch of vids on youtube too. he was like, the god of the internet bodybuilders with thousands of e-lifter teens swinging from his nuts.

hes also a fucking douche bag of epic proportions.
