If srs, what exercises do you do, and what kind of split do you have? 3 sets of 6-8 doesn't help

I've been on eca for 1.5wks now (granted first few days shitty diet) and second day of IF and my weight has been a constant 220 for the last month, but my clothes are fitting much better and looser.

You're right it does sound noob. Are you doing it to row more weight?

No
I find it only does my back , like it targets the whole back, normal barbell rows I feel it in my biceps and a tinge of legs but this is all back. And the bar does not move keeping it in the same spot the whole time

See so many kids doing weight that is so heavy for them and getting 1 rep out.

Off topic some kids well guys are back in the gym they moved back home for summer or some shit. And they all look the same size, they come up to me yo bra WTF you on, uhhhh going to the gym 5 days a week and busting my ass. I dont get how ppl are the same size for 2 years lol

The same reason I'm about to plateau at 200ish pounds.... Diet. I don't have the time or energy to eat the way I need to eat in order to make constant gains. My body without "supplementation" and eating like a whale gets stuck around 200-205lbs. I know this and accept it. I COULD get bigger if I ever wanted to by eating properly but at this point I don't give a shit. The difference is I KNOW what to do and how to do it I just CHOOSE not to. That choice is based on my current life situation. Oddly enough I'm stronger overall now than I've ever been (besides chest) but still the same weight. I'll post a pic up tomorrow. If/when I get more spare time and get tired of simply looking awesome and actually WANT to gain more weight I will do what I have to. Poke myself in the ass and eat

New DL PB today... 375lbs. I'm going to skip DL's next week and then try 4 plates the week after. I'll get it on Video too so you can see the fail/win whichever it is haha.

Berz out.

Does anyone have those screwless pull up bars that hang on your door frame. My door hinge seems pretty flimsy and I'm not sure if the pull up bar hangs on the hinge itself.

ya i have one, my door hinge kinda sucks too but they give you two metal brackets which give it more support, yours should be ok since my house is like 50 years old lol
