Curved inwards at the knees?

Hard to say its' harder to squat since having not experienced the other, but squatting for me is perfectly fine.

Your squats seem to be just fine man. You aren't leaning forward too much at all IMO.

I never really noticed that, but your totally right. My heels even come off the floor at the top of the rep. I'll make mental note that of that in the future, but I am always conscious of keeping the weight on my heels.

First time using the smith machine for squats, definitely feels different. I like barbell squats way more, feels
More natural.

I actually went lighter than normal on smith. It felt hella awkward, almost as if it was a standing leg press.

I've been denied for reasons of that person having an injured shoulder, or maybe a person is just too stupid to give a spot. I hate people that touch the goddamn bar even from the first rep(if i'm being given a spot i will say "please don't touch the bar unless i can't get the rep"), As a matter of fact i ALWAYS LAUGH TO MY SELF when i see guys spotting their buddy and the spotter has both hands locked around the bar through the entire spot. What the hell is that shit? That is a total mind fuck for me!

??? you ever know when you might drop the bar if you're benching heavy and someones reaction isn't going to be that fast if you slip the bar

take a look at some accident videos and you see what happens..

Yea when I'm benching in the 3-5 rep weight I don't mind a spotter being there from the get go and likewise if I'm spotting someone I know they are in the 3-5 rep range for weight I will keep my hands very close to the bar. Better safe than sorry IMO I know how fast your muscles can just give out.

Berz out.

No no no i'm talking about when a spotter HAS BOTH HANDS TOUCHING THE BAR from the first rep to last. Their a huge difference. Having the hands an inch or two away is perfect on a heavy set. But if a spotter is holding and touching the bar every rep it makes me feel like i may not doing 100% of the weight and drive me nuts.

This is another thing here haha. People that bench withe thier THUMBS INWARD doing heavy weight ie. 2 plates on each side. I think they are fucking nuts, the chance of the bar slipping off your hand onto your neck/chest is scray as hell! That won't happen with a normal full hand grip to the bar.

anyone here have Nike pro combat or underarmour compression shirts/jackets? How well would they protect you from the cold if you're running at 0 degrees outside?

stop going to the gym and everything starts sucking .. depression kicks in, start being lazy, start eating out a lot, stop going to classes, relationships suffer ...

moral of the story, don't stop going gym, ever.

Yup my goal is to pig out but still stay dedicated and focused at the gym. I want to stay over 200lbs and maintain my lifting strength while ramping up my cardio. I need to be in the best shape of my life come April/May.

I've finally come to the realization that weight means dick all. I look bigger at 190lbs right now than I did at 200lbs.... it's weird. I remember Halo saying he looks bigger at lighter weight too.
