Been awhile since I saw stars working out. Got stuck @ the bottom of my squat, closed eyes and pushed, got to top and saw stars then hack squats with 155 to burn out my legs, then superheavy leg press. Felt like my head was going to explode/my insides were gonna come outta my mouth on the last few leg press sets. Saw huge stars after that lol. Can barely walk today, got work in a few hours Ahh can't wait to destroy my chest tomorrow morning

went to pick up samples at popeyes..

only samples they had was razor 8 so I took it

now it's this new formula N,N dimethyl-tyramine

is this a legal ingredient?

Melvin Guillard got popped for cocaine (which is funny because you would test clean after less than a day, meaning he was doing coke the day of his fight). Nick Diaz failed for marijuana too. Is alcohol really prohibited??

just a note to u guys that goto sc, holiday hours are in effect. found out today the hard way went to community center instead lol

hours are:
dec 23rd - closed at 5pm
dec 24th and 25th - closed
dec 26 - open at 9am
dec 30 - closed at 1pm
dec 31, jan 1st - closed
jan 2nd - open at 9am

surge is great always use it, i only use one scoop now after workout

actually haven't been doing them at all since cutting. Maybe today is the day I start again

I decided that today is going to be my 'holiday' workout. Only going to do my favourite lifts. Will try reverse pyramid too.

i actually get it for 30 a bottle and i take one scoop so it last me over a month per bottle, maybe like 200ish a month on supps maybe less
