are u referring to Stealthy the person i quoted about his chest/tri workout? i agree he should try 6-8 reps tho unless hes switching it up


traps/upper back are fried today, also slept 2hrs during the day and got 7hrs of sleep so was pretty stoked about that

Here's my progress pic, after 3 months. Net weight loss of TWO POUNDS!!! But as you can see, my body is built completely different than it was 3 months ago:

I did deadlift today 385lbs @ 144 with straps. My body was shaking trying to get the weights up.

I found out something that made me very angry today. I'm going to kill it at the gym with the thought that I am me, I am proud to be me, and I have worked my ass off to be me.

I feel sorry for any weights that get in your way Berz. Unfortunately I have to sleep on it myself, which might be hard to do.

I like to do higher reps on isolations just to burn out the muscle but today I will try lower reps (6-8) with higher weight on compounds. Appreciate the tips
