Sick workout Friday morning - power cleans, turkish get ups, and hack squats

Back in the gym monday to try out a new PR for DB chest press. trying to do the 110lb dumbbells for 10 reps.

New PR on dead lifts. 2 reps @ 365. Started at 315 and added 10s after each set upto 365.

Feeling that euphoric burning DOMS that comes the day after a really good workout. Yesterday i did deadlifts first, since the power rack was taken. Then did tricep ez-bar extensions and cable press, then squats right before I left, including a set using a belt

bout to go get my pump on, and do a 205 bench i have a feeling i could do a 225 for 1RM, and i wanna try it SO bad! but ima wait it out and do as program says

I'm putting it on form and you not driving in the hips.

Are you setting up the explosive movement? I.e// going down slowly and controlled (Form is tight), then exploding up while driving in the hips?

think of it as an elastic band.
