squats/OH press and DL today

squats at 180
OH press stalling out at 110....any tips to help?

anything that follows your elbow to your hips, v hook rows, db rows are great you are prob doing them wrong, back is simple just have to have the right form

It's just not a steroid, it's an amine.

It's anabolic, but not a steroid. Still just as sketchy, if not more, but technically not a steroid

An easy way to think of Clen is "ECA on steroids"

Went today with my buddy, the week of rest really helped.

I killed it. 110 x 3 for overhead press couldn't do 5 so I reverted back to 105 x 5.
Front squats for 140 and cgbp for 145 x 7!
