these kids at the gym tonight kept staring at my back , and i kept looking over at them, then i was like i guess they are staring cause its the width of there house door frame lolz

Why can't my body feel as torn and broken after a workout day like after a day of DL's? sooo sore, love it. Forearms are screaming too. Double overhand grip, and tried chalk for the first time.

if i feel pressure on my mid back or lower back during a squat am i doing it wrong? i think im too upright when im going down and up.
