Saw 2 olympic lifters today at the gford rec. holy shit they have huge shoulders and traps.

Made me really want to get into that kind of stuff someday..

yeah man, real talk. I know a powerlifter who actually looks fat from afar, with his winter jackets and pants on, but when he takes em off it's all muscle. Biggest traps, and thighs I've ever seen lol

lol what's with the fails on the frank yang video? I doubt any of you can deadlift 480 at 155 lb. Sure he had bad form on the way down, but being able to lift and lockout on the lift in the first place is pretty amazing...

Gym was busy last night with limited flat benches...one guy was doing 15lb curls in front of the mirror using the damn bench to rest his weights on. FUCK YOU, BRAH.

say "hey bro, you using this bench?" and if he says yes say "you need a spotter for them 15 too?" he will probably just leave the gym entirely.

your guys' comments are exactly why I get my workouts done early around noon if possible, gym etiquette gets worse as the day goes on.... it's not even really gym etiquette, just common fckin sense

Day of racing followed by awesome gym workout. Smashed my 5 x 7 workouts even though I was dead tired. Two lb steak for recovery and another day of racing tomorrow.
