i got zma for 14 bucks for 2 months supply all the stuff u get at supp stores are one months for 25/40 bucks

But I just skipped 2 workouts already last week 
I might go anyway, it's my 'medium' day today (10-12 RM lifts) and nothing that involves rotating the wrists. I should tape it up first though

anyone ever try a supplement called "halodrol liquigels" ??????
few people have reccomended it to me for a testosterone booster supplement while working out, but others say avoid it cause it'll give you a lower sex drive...
tried researching some stuff on this, but all i get is mixed reviews...some say its great and it works, others say it sucks, and some say there sex drive plummets...
anyone here know anyone about this stuff???
im curious to try it...but im scared...i dont want my sex drive to plummet hahaha!!! any info on this would be great!!!

The original halodrol were true pre-hormones (which is why they were banned). The new stuff is just using the name to sell a useless product. Read about the ingredients here.

straight barbell curls are horrible for your wrists. they twist your forearm bones out of alignment and cause your wrists to twist as well. they've always bothered me too. ill only use the ez curl bar

ooo, i may try 1MR…i have been hearing a lot of you trying it. I tried it once, in a small dose, but didnt like it…may try it again. AAnthony, i had the same problem…it made me jittery. So ill think about it.
I dont mind Superpump, but HATE the taste…is white flood better tasting?

im taking assault atm its good and all but the scoops are way to big gunna be outa it pretty quick taste good but will prolly try out white flood after this.
any of you have problems with cardio and getting a really dry throat
