ive had good experiences with other spotters, usually the same guy when mikes not around
but rrxtars got a good story of a shit spotter that tried to kill him haha

i use a spot when i do my curls in the squat rack.
actually, i usually don't need anyone to spot me unless it's a flat bench press. usually i just do the decline in the squat rack with pins.

Went to my physio the other day for a shoulder problem I've been having for a while now.
I injured it in wrestling a couple years ago and the doc says something bout it grinding in the socket :X
