love night workouts. keep getting new PRs since i switched. 230 x 5 for olympic squats, 370 x 1 for deadlifts(missed on 385) and 135 x 5 for OH press. 175lbs.

some random guy asked me to teach him squats, tried my best to teach him to sit back, but it's hard when he wore shox.

trancehead, your pain doesn't sound good. shooting pain doesn't sound right. go get it check out.

I always end up going to Popeyes because usually by the time I remember I need something (usually SD250) I need it RIGHT NOW not in 3 days. And I always get shaker cups and samples, and even once in a while a good conversation with someone who knows what they are talking about. And it usually only ends up being $5 more or so than ordering online.

Didn't do a 1RM set. 5x5 entails a 1x5 Deadlift set.

for the past month ive been getting harsh stomach aches from drinking myofusion (mint chocolate), by far the worst tasting protein ive ever drank with milk or water, i took about 10 scoops total in a week and afterwards stopped taking it because of the stomach problems.
For the past week ive just been drinking a lot of milk, while trying to find someone to sell my myofusion to, and my friend gave me a scoop of his EAS 100% whey protein with milk. Shortly after i got another big stomach ache :$.

If i just suck it up and drink it regardless, will it go away? i usually take |-2 scoops 5x a week after working out.

damn, under 20 grams of carbs now going on 3 weeks, played inter-mural hockey at school the other day and my legs were fuckin DONE afterwards, we only had 2 subs for the majority of a 40 minute game, but typically when i play drop-in ice hockey i can go with no problems with my legs

with 1 minute left i went to go check a guy and my legs felt like jello lol, didnt have nearly enough of a pre-game meal or anything, was done for the night after that lol
