i am 15 also turning 16 in dec,

i started taking UN creatine mono 7 or 8 days ago and started eating more 12 days ago/planning my meals helped a lot i am a hardgainer, since then i have gained 7lbs, but my cheeks and under my chin have gotten noticably fatter , i plan on gaining another 20lbs by february 15th (also bet a buddy $100 i'd reach my goal weight by then so that helps motivate me) and then cut slowly until summer, main things i eat r eggs raw oats homo milk whole wheat toast chicken breast grounf beef mutant mass

my question is after cutting do people usually lose the gained fat on their cheeks & under chin/neck area?

Depends how much you lower your bf% when you cut, but yeah if you do a proper cut and get to like 10% bf you'll lose the fat you gained in your face.

Saw your post in the supplement thread.

DAMN you're taking a lot of supplements at your age. I just ate heavy and raw at that age. Supplements never came to mind for me at the time.

I'm considering taking Accutane again for my pimples, but it makes me so exhausted and demotivated from working out. Is there any other solution besides that drug?
I need to get rid of my bacne.

Quote:
trueprotein isolate banana - 3lbs
cytosport whey chocolate - 6lbs x 2
mutant mass triple chocolate - 15lbs
UN creatine mono - 1000g
EAS phosphate creatine 4.4lbs? unopened
BPI 1mr 48 servings? almost out
muscletech neurocore 40 servings
nutrabolics growth factor bcaas x 2
cod liver oil
cod liver oil is good for u it promotes healthy skin, strong bones and teeth
, healthy joints, a healthy cardiovascular system, etc i got it from some health store, whey protein post workout, mutant mass to help get a lot of calories in even though buying it wasn't necessary just an easy and convenient way to add 1000-1500 calories on top of regular foods.

creatine mono with green tea from my understanding: to raise atp levels in body, makes you stronger, because of that, you're going to lift heavier and increase the gain from your workouts. It allows you to lift heavier weights, making it possible to get better workouts, which makes it easier to gain muscle.

2 pre workouts because i'm almost out of 1mr after its out will be using neurocore, but i don't use pre workouts every workout only on days im tired from school and not sleeping enough due to studying etc, EAS creatine is unopened i got for free months ago, barely looked at it.

BCAAs i have 2 tubs of it, 1 tub i got for free from relfex, another tub my friend got for free and sold to me for $5, i used it but after reading into it a bit more am going to start saving it until later when i begin cutting in February or when i reach my goal weight, reduces muscle loss, helps with endurance and recovery, these things won't really be a factor during bulking since your taking in a surplus of calories anyways

but yea overall it is kind of a lot

Speaking of 1000 club, what's everyone's core lifts (bench press, squat, deadlift) looking like?

I only know my squat 1RM (315lb) , but will definitely test the others within 2 weeks time.

deadlift 2 scared to try but my 5rm was 255 before i pulled my back doing rackpulls, rackpulls i could pull 275 so i estimate my 1rm for dl to be 275

atg squat can do 185x3 last month and did 170x7 today so 1rm estimate 195

bench press i tried 1 month ago could do 175 1rm

275+195+175 = 645 club

also today saw a brown dude with gloves tell his friend: "yea once you start hitting heavy weights you need to start using gloves" he then proceeded to cheat curl 65lbs in the squat rack
