I find decline presses are really hard on my shoulders so I don't do them anymore.

Skinny if you can read this and I'm assuming you can because I saw that you posted after I did. I still can't see past page 7. If I select a page above I can go to the page but I can't get to the "last page" it brings me back to page 7 lol.

If it makes you feel any better I couldn't even get the 100's up yesterday and during the chest challenge a week or two ago I popped them up for 11 reps. 90's were all I could manage for a full set.
