One of my last workouts of the year, failed to pull 225. Kinda sad, 90lbs in 5 months, why no 10O .
Gives me a reason to sit and think about why I didn't.

What's everyones goals for next year?

Next year's goals:
8-9% body fat by the end of summer
DL 5 plates (at 425lbs right now)
Knees to heal up and hit 4 plates on squats again

Anyone know a decent drop in gym near Renfrew and 1st? HCC is a bitch and decides to open at the weirdest time.

Alpha: Ya I've hit my potential. I've been lifting since I was 19, I'm 26 now. I've done some cycles in the past, but this is the first time using Sust. I'm sort of at a wall now, I stay shredded all year and don't bulk, I need a bump to add additional lean mass onto my frame.

Berz: Any reason why you're chosing Test-E and DBOL, are you not worried about water retention? How'd you like your last Sust cycle? Were you doing like 1 CC a week?

I was gonna get on dbol/test-e/tren-a but first cycles should never consist of tren so I am doing 4week dbol,, 12week Test-e(getting delatestryll ) and EQ

first cycles should always be test-e or cyp i dont know much about t400 dont think many ppl use it anymore

are you using chalk that helps a lot

my short term goal atm is to bulk to 170, started my bulk at 133 1.5 months ago currently at 148-149 and havent gained anything past week its getting harder & harder but i guess it takes time, not planning on going on creatine & bcaas until i start cutting, because when bulking you make strength gains and recover due to eating so much and when cutting you make little to none so itll be more helpful then imo, after i cut to around 155 or so or 7-9% bf, i kind of want to just bulk slowly not even a bulk just gradual weight gain bcz i tend to gain fat on my face and neck area fast when i bulk ): thats y i cant wait 2 start cutting lol

My long term goal is to be at 165-170lb and work on my physique at that weight, and be as strong as I possibly can. For 2012, my goals are are really for strength gains in my lifts:

4 plate squat and deadlift as a 1RM, and for bench press, I'll be happy with 295lb.

Worked out at the Renfrew Park CC. Shitty gym. There's this old Asian guy who scares the shit outta me. He's like 5ft 6. and he tries to isolate curl the 100 lb DBs. His range of motion is around 2 inches while throwing his back into the whole set...

Other than that, the gym isn't the greatest. They're missing one 100lb DBs. Small area with one squat rack. But it looks like no one does DLs or squats at that gym anyways.

It's full of old Asians and Italians and a couple gang-banger brown kids. One of the kids ran into me while I was doing a set so I was like, "he's an idiot" to my friend. The kid turns around and threatens to knock me out. I'm like

I doubt I can achieve my goals, but hey...it's better to aim high and miss than to aim low and reach it.

Seated dumbell press 70lbs x 16 reps @ 191lbs today. New PR!

Tried half serving of Razor 8 Saturday and holy shit it hit hard. Took about 45 minutes to kick in and felt like I'd just had 5 cups of coffee. I didn't have an amazing work out or anything. Just felt ramped up and kinda jumpy. The crash was pretty bad. I felt like sitting on the couch all day. Better to do it around 4pm then crash and go to bed.

Will try Assault next (have a sample) and full serving of Razor 8.
