easy for lightweight, harder for heavy because it puts more pressure on knees

that's why you never see someone doing 700lb sumo deadlifts

I have a question,

when you deadlift, on the way down are you suppose to bend your knees after the bar is under the knee or do u bend down as you go down?

After coming back to the gym from a months break
I've been getting this really painful head migraine like there's a heart beat in my head but its pounding on my brain, it only comes when i push myself for that extra rep. AND NO its not because i'm not breathing properly because i was.
Just wondering if anyone else gets this because i got it when i first started working out just not this bad

Hips go back first, then bend when the bar is around the knees.
