"Mom, it's just for a school project". "What project?" "I don't know mom I just started it!". A tear runs down my cheek. I run upstairs and open the creatine, scooping upservings into a clear water bottle. What have I gotten myself into? I fill it with water and drink it. There is no turning back now. The creatine monster is inside me now, it will control me. What should I do if I die? I cant let my family know about this.

I open the creatine tub and throw it all out the window; a white cloud of mysterious dust sparkles into the wind so graciously. I feel the substance taking control of me; I am now the monster. I walk downstairs, its time to work out; time to get big. Now I worry, I don't want to get too big; people will think I use steroids. I do use steroids. No I don't. Creatine. All I see is the weights now, I am almost downstairs when I hear "Do you want a cookie I just baked". I know I do not have time for this **** now. "No mom I do not want a cookie" I walk in the basement and drop to my knees before the weights, tears running down my cheeks. I turn to the right and look at myself in the mirror. Oh god, what have I done?

Went early a couple times this week just to mix it up. Fucking horrible, so many idiots between 6-8pm. But everyone was mirin'. Evening cardio brah

i have been going to sports central for a while and this is the worst i have seen it
half the benchs or racks have no bars and half of the machines are broken

i usually go at 7 in the morning best time to go only 6 people there

but we should all go workout one day

Since starting to take aniracetam, I noticed that my sleep has DRASTICALLY improved. I am out like a fucking LOG for a good 9 hours every night, and my lifts have gone up, up up every time. I rarely ever do the same weights two weeks in a row... man, sleep really fucking rules.

dont get how guys can complain about SC so much I used to go to FW/Steve Nash and I liked this place better so that's saying something. Never gotta wait for a rack unless you're trying to workout after me because I usually do 3-4 exercises on the rack lol

This morning I found something worse than curling in the squat rack



Brb 5 plates each side
Brb 1/64th of a squat
Basically he just unracked the bar lowered maybe an inch then locked out.

theres a dude at my gym who does this shit too but with 25lbs -__- ill try to catch a vid of him working out
yesterday he hogged the squat rack saying he's using it when he never touched it...

Single arm flat chest press, 80lbs...not bad....five solid reps each side for three sets

Try some 100s or even some 110s, im pretty sure if i could do it you wouldn't have trouble with it either since our bench and stats are basically the same..

I've done 5 reps of the 100's before and around 3 for the 110's so it shouldn't be too bad..

That's a fun video. And EXACTLY the reason I don't watch them. Sure if your on HGH, Insulin, and a host of other muscle producing drugs that assist your muscles in growing you can lift moderate weight and focus on the "pump" from high rep pumps.

Realistically for the natural lifter, you have to lift heavy weight to make your muscles grow.

I too use that term I'm a bodybuilder not a weight lifter, but there is no denying lifting heavy makes muscles grow.
