I work out legs/full body at once every day I go to the gym. Usually some sort of squat variation (Clean + press, hack squats, front squats, regular squats, jump squats, lunges...etc) and then I have the actual legs days that I go heavy on.

Dropped 10-15lbs because I wasn't doing any deadlifts or squats (been almost 2 moths) and semi-clean diet with intermittent fasting. Been fluctuating around 189-200lbs depending on the day (time of fast).

What can my dad take to lower his LDL? Is there any supplements that help with that? He doesn't eat very bad but I assume it's the body producing LDL
