Nothing wrong with caffeine "addiction" as long as your daily intake is reasonable. Every once in a while a new study comes out showing caffeine as being good for you.. here's the latest I've seen, from last week (with more links at the end of the article)
If it's high, just bring it down lower slowly

man if people don't know how to spot..just tell me >.< rather find someone else then almost hurt myself lol buddy had trouble spotting me on 70'd DB shoulder...had to explain couple times how to do it
