What I'm amazed about is the fact that Hanh was 180lbs only in 2011-2012. I know he says hes 198(?) now but he has always looked huge in past few years since he started his channel despite weighing only 180. I would've thought he'd be over 200 lbs even though he's only 5'9. One thing that seems to be consistent with bodybuilders who are lean is that they tend to look heavier than they actually are.
Hanh spends 200 dollars on supplements every month and half a grand on food lol. (US prices on food and supps)
I known him for some years now..although it's true his diet is GOKU like, I still don't believe he's natty.
Ogus for sure seems natty, hes not that big he's just really cut. I follow hanh on facebook and I always see all of the eggs/foods that he buys.. but I'm not sure. Saw him beside some professional bodybuilders and he doesn't even look too much smaller than them.
But I guess we'll never know, guess all we can do is train hard, eat like pigs and hope to one day look like gods haha
That's whats wrong with the industry, too many sheep will keep thinking/following guys like that, believing "natural" physiques. And that they have some hidden workout regiment.
When there's a shit load of money to be made, why disclose the secret? Like Lance, keep saying no and sue the eff out of the ones that confront you - until you're on your last legs.
Cause people like feeling as if their potential is limitless. Like if you see a guy like hanh and you can supposedly get his physique "naturally", then you'll believe him because you yourself wish to be able to attain that physique without having to even touch steroids/
Chris jones and Matt ogus don't seem natty to me cuz there is no one bodypart that is super outstanding. They just look great when they are shredded. Hanh's arms especially tris and delts seem super huge. When he stands next to Matt and Chris, he can pretty much dwarf them, maybe he has longer arms, maybe it's the illusion of pictures.
edit: fcukedd, you say he ain't big in real life, that's probably because you are already big. Was he legit 5 foot 9? An acquaintance of mine has a picture him and hanh, my friend was taller, and I'm the same height as my acquaintance.
btw anyone know which website to order ephedrine for cheaper?
I personally don't see a need to use ephedrine unless you are in dire need to shed pounds because you are at an unhealthy weight OR you want to get super shredded to the vasculature

And he IS big, but not as big as you would expect in real life. Maybe he was wearing a t-shirt, and not a tank or something. I would say he's about 5'8ish

don't need for weight loss, need for energy as i pretty much run all day or using a machine lol
