It ends when your back is recovered and you can do it, however long that will take

Realistically though I'm thinking July 10th, which will give everyone plenty of opportunity to get their vids in

What grinds my gears:

When friends/people I know who don't workout complain about how they feel "shitty & Tired" all the time. Yet after I tell them it's because of diet and exercise and they continue to not listen and continue to smoke a pack of cigs and wendys every lunch.

HOW DO I GIVE THEM ANY SYMPATHY?!?

Spoiler!

Hey louie69 where did you get your bands again?

And what do you guys think about these found on Amazon? Amazon.com: lifting bands

I'm planning on ordering knee sleeves on Amazon (taking advantage of Amazon Prime), so I was hoping to make all purchases through there.

That's a good deal right there. I got mine off fitnesstown for ~$45 cus I was being a slug and didn't wanna wait.

I wanna get a pair of rehband knee sleeves as well. My tommy konos are ripping apart for some reason, but when they start degrading my performance, I will definetly have to get a pair of rehbands. Fuck $80 for a pair of neoprene fabric

I think I'm only looking for the bands used for bench and squats. What number band would that be?
The whole package on ironwoodyfitness is on sale from $115 to $92 right now, but all the different bands aren't necessary for my needs.

I feel you Instant. I really want to go with the TKs, but if I'm ever going to compete (which I most likely am), Rehbands are a must

I do, but I only use them for overhead press and squats, but lately I've been staying away from them

Grip strength is vital to alleviating all these wrist problems

the other option would be to go for the quest sleeves which are just a tad pricier than the TKs (still cheaper than rehband) but I haven't heard much about them

i'd like to think that anything endorsed by the ipf would be on par to some sort of standard but I could be wrong

#1/#2/#3 would prob be the best for squat/bench, also #3 and #4 would be for stretching
