Central gym deadlift construction site, not a single fuk was given

21 reps for 315, beat my old record of 18 reps

Bodyweight at 178 lbs

I hate deadlifts so much, not doing this ever again

thanks man, don't really know what my 1RM is for deads tbh, haven't tested it in forever, don't think i'd want to either lol. My 1RM from back then was 445.

im riddled with doms today

yesterdays workout was awesome

rows : 315 with 3x3
clean and jerk : 190 with 3x3
standing barbell curl : 130 with 5x5
cable tricep pull down : 215 with 5x5
cable face pulls : 180 with 5x5
weighted pull ups : 8 chains weighing in at 80 pounds with8x5

hole bodi fels so swole

Why do you do accessory exercises with such low reps?
