Allergies

I am going crazy!

I have tried almost everything:

OTC drugs
Prescription drugs
Prescription nasal spray (all of them)
Neti pot
Nasal irrigation bottle
Boiling water
peppermint

I can blow my nose b/c it is so swollen, my eyes feel like they are bugging out of my head, I also have pain and a headache, I am dizzy and lightheaded 24/7, I sneeze 10-15 times a day, and my ear crackle every time I swallow. I also have a really weak sense of smell.

I have had this for years and It is not a sinus infection, etc...

I have been to 2 allergy doctors and both just say I am allergic to dust mites so I bought covers for my mattress and pillows. I tired to shots for a while but it became really time consuming and I stopped. Nothing I have done has made a difference. How can I be this effected by JUST dust mites? I have this problem all year-round.

Has anyone done the full cycle for the shots? Does it work?

argh!

Any other recommendations? Acupuncture? Sinus surgery?

the nasal spray makes my nose itch even more and sneeze right after
