Fuck. New guy in the gym. 6'4" 245lbs joocy as fuck. I was 'mirin. Asked him what gear he was running and it turns out he's running what I am! He's been on gear for a long time. 24 years old and he's large. Gives me something to work towards!

Delts are filling out nicely. Been hitting them hard as they are one of the hardest muscles to grow. Also a telltale sign if someone is running gear or not.

228lbs. People are noticing a lot now. Last few weeks have been huge. Half way through cycle now. Deca is in full swing. 400mg Test/ 200mg Deca Monday and Thursday injections. As a rule of thumb you wanna do a 2:1 dosage of test to deca. Still very lean all things considered. I will try to get on the laptop and upload some progress pics when I can. Oh and I ran out of Creatine 3 weeks ago but just got more so I should pack on even more size for the second half of this cycle.

Pre cycle I was 215-217 with about 14-15% bf. Now I'm closing in on 230 (228 on Thursday but I'm betting 230 come Monday) and my bodyfat is probably around 12-13%. Halo can chime in he's seen pics. It's crazy I've gotten way bigger while losing bodyfat at the same time.

Diet has been a lot of chicken spinach salad,6- 8 eggs every morning as well as 2 cups oatmeal. Also Tuna on spinach leaves. No sugar, pop, chips, junk food of any kind. I've only had fast food 3-4 times since cycle started.

I'm half way through cycle now.

^^Generally with every meal I take my slin because I have too.. But I plan my day so my meals are out of the way. By that I mean, dinner is 3-4 hours before workout (I hit the gym around 10).. When I get home I can take my protein, creatine, vitamins etc with MILK for the carbs and inject. WORKS AMAZING... then wait a couple hours and then sleep .. I hope I answered what you asked.. if not lemme know and I'll try again.. haha

The stuff works like magic.. I gained 30 pounds in 4 months.. most of that was just getting back what I had in highschool, but still .. 158 to 194ish.. still gaining but slowly now..
