Ok guys here's a post cycle update.
800mg/wk test 400mg/wk deca with a dbol kickstart. Very standard cycle. Although I was doing higher test dosage than some might.
Cycle length was 14 weeks but I stopped the deca at week 12 because it stays in your system so long. I wanted to keep the test going because deca shuts your shit off.

Starting weight was 215lbs 14%bf.
I'm now sitting at 230lbs and my bf dropped to 12ish%

I saw NO sides from the deca. No bacne, no aggression, no deca dick. The test had my cock as hard as my chest and my libido was through the roof.

Bench went up huge (I never benched much because of shoulder pain) deca is awesome at soothing sore joints and now that I'm off my elbows and shoulders are starting to get sore again.
I've been off for 3 weeks now and have lost NOTHING. STRENGTH is still at where it was a week ago.
At about week 12 everyone started noticing the gains. Got lots of "are you on steroids" comments. I have some pics but I'm not sure they will translate well as seeing me in person is way different.
I sent Halo and Jay pics throughout the cycle so they can verify no bloat or water gains. All lean muscle. I'm gonna do another of the same cycle in 12 weeks. I hope to maintain 230lbs until then.

Edit: how much protein did you take in a day? We're you still taking all your multi's and things like fish oil or glucosamine? What kind of diet were you on, too. Bulking sort of diet? Or more just healthy eating and no junk shit

Diet was very clean. I ate almost always chicken for my protein with the occasional steak or red meat but almost always chicken. Several breasts per day. Breakfast I would switch up between 2 cups of oatmeal or 8 eggs. For the first 7-8 weeks it was almost strictly eggs in the mornings. Back half of the cycle I started incorporating the Oatmeal. The reason I chose to this over a more conventional bulking diet is purely for the shirt off factor. It was summer and I didn't want to get all big and bloaty. I maintained defined abs the entire cycle. When I start my next one it will be shirt on season and I will do a more conventional red meat and pasta bulking diet.
I don't take any multi's or sups. Only Pre-workout (C4) About week 8 I started Creatine again. I stopped taking it before my cycle started. Lots of spinach salad with chicken breasts, fairly low carb intake over all. Hardly any fast food. If I did eat Rotten Ronnies it was usually 5 Jr.McChickens lol for a post workout feed.

I thimk im too pussy to do a cycle, but im painfully curious. Only thing that scares me is that 1. They are illegal (im a square) and 2. I have had moobs my whole life. If i got any estrogen surplus i might go full asian highschool girl (aka b cup). But thats why deca is there right?

I already have pretty good schedule dicipline, and when needed i can restrict my diet quite well. I cut down from 215 to 185 which im maintaining right now. Although i still need to keep cutting as i still have love handles and moobs (which i think ill have my whole life) but i am in a 32 jean size down from 38.

Im just curious how ppl get all thesupplies like pins and test and stuff. Obviously dont tell me where haha but thats more of a rhetorical question.

I think your misunderstanding what deca is for, you need to do more research (I know that's what everyone on forums say)

But it's very true if you don't understand shit all about gear then you will not have a proper cycle.

For example, if your sex drive crashes, what will you need to do next? Or your balls shrunk.

You need to have whatever you need on hand when those things happen and not go and research last minute and wait for the supplies to arrive.

What's your stats? Height and weight and bf%.

Hah yeah i need WAY MORE knowledge and reading beford id ever consider doing anything like this to my body. Ive read through this whole thread but there are so many terms and abbreviations, my mind gets lost. I think im gonna start writing out a "cheat sheet" of notes. Plus it seems there are so many versions of each thing, it starts to branch out of control.

Im 24.5 y/o, 5'10 @185 with ~20%bf

Yes it does seem very complicated at first.

I m not a professional but judging by your pic I'd say keep up with the diet and exercise and see where it takes u.

What are your goals for "hopping" on cycle?
