squat 1rm i am not sure.. but repping 2 and a quarter for 8-10 reps.. deadlift same reps for 3 plates.

been lifting hard for about 2 years straight.. and pretty much stopped growing about 185ish.. and i have been lifting for 5 years on and off..

i dont have a regimented diet.. I work full time.. So generally my day is cereal and protein shake.. 2 sandwiches and glass of milk around 12ish.. Peanut butter on toast around 3.. and some sort of meat with dinner.. and another 50gram protein shake.. the weekends are a lot better because i usually have time for everything above but the breakfast is 6 eggs and not protein shake.. i save the shake for later in the day..

Lol total opposite for me. Since my work days are a "schedule" i eat well. But on the weekend when I'm lazing about, i eat shit

haha goal for the first cycle is minimal because its a pretty tame cycle.. i want to be around 195lbs and around 10-12 bf.. i am currently 185 and about 14%.. next cycles will probably be close to the same except 600-700mg of test a week.. so we shall see.. next cycle will probably be starting way in late 2014.. probably november ish.. Overall Goal is NOT TO BE AN AESTHETIC FITNESS MODEL TYPE.. I wanna be more BEAST.. more like mariusz pudzianowski..

Then I think you're under eating.

Unless you eat massive on the next cycle. Your results will be similar.
More drugs don't always mean more gains.

I've heard you really do have to eat tonnes, where you can't eat any more. Obviously don't make it shit calories like chips or McDonald's fries

Yea i know you have to eat like a beast.. I am eating around 3500 cal a day with around 200grams of protein.. I dont want to bulk up to much just yet because I want to be ready for the spring/summer action lol.. this cycle is around 4 months all together with PCT.. I dont want to try and get there ASAP lol.. slowly and safely adding 10-15 pounds per cycle will be good enough.. I forgot to mention.. I just had a baby girl, and part of the reason I have the above mentioned goals are because when she is at the dating age, I can scare the SHIT out of her would be boyfriend(s).. and if need be snap their necks haha..

And being on cycle, the whole point is to take advantage of the drug.

If I were you I would reconsider and lift natty.

I m not talking shit. Just what I would do If I were in your shoes.

I truly believe you can get the same result natty if you ate twice as much your eating right now. Obviously it will take longer but at least you won't harm your body with drugs.

+1 very true. It seems like he hasnt maximized his gains. Why dont you guys try cycling cr3atine first?

It will be tough, but I'll try even more protein.. each shake is around 50 grams.. so I'll try for 4 a day and see what happens.. There isnt enough time in the day lol.. I can only eat every 3-4 hours because of my insulin.. we shall see how it goes.. Zilley have you every cycled? I think you might find it different than what you read on the net.. it can be done safely..
