never once aspirated or whatever when I was in quad
Once your in deep enough your in the muscle. And the little air bubbles are not that dangerous as ppl say maybe if u shoot into a vein lawl

I don't aspirate either in fact I put a small amount of air in the syringe to get all the test out. Otherwise you leave some in the pin.

haha delt for me is the best....

u only have to Aspirate for tren-ace cuz if u get ace in a vein..... goodnight sweet lungs u stop breathing for a minute then get tren cough lol

I just found out about this tren cough last night and reading on it freaked the shit out of me. Can the same thin happen with test? Is it if your blood absorbs the substances too quickly?

My buddie once went into his vein I think and he got some weird cough but it was for like 2 seconds

For me.. I initially got a bit of a cough from the Test.. kinda like the TEST flu that people get because of the increase in the red blood cell count as opposed to the white blood cell count.. all i did was take Vitamin C for a few days and it went away without actually getting the flu.. that was it for the extent of my experience lol

^^ tren cough is an acute attack of coughing leaving you breathe less and red faced. Not the test flu

yea i know.. just throwing in my experience with coughing in general lol..
To add though - I always aspirate when injecting into muscle.. for anything that goes into fat you dont really need to..
I always pull out more than the 1 cc mark on the syringe just because I know that some will be stuck in the needle.. yesterday i pulled out 1.5 cc by accident and didnt want to reinsert it back into the bottle so i just took it all haha.. fuck yea feels good man

what are your intake "Grams of protein/ per pound of body weight"
also for :
- Carbs
- Fat

I went buck wild the first time I went on
Last April may ish around there. I started at 255 ish pounds and got to 302 haha I was eating stupid amounts of food actually thought i was going retarded all the food I ate. Probably around 7k to 8k of calories a day after the first month

I don't micro manage but I just eat everything in site. Clean, dirty I don't give a fuck. Metabolism is insane so I don't have to watch what I eat. The only mistake I make is not enough calories sometimes.

Oh and shipment arrived today. Tren,test,deca,dbol. Shits about to get crazy. Pin 1 tonight!

Depends on goals and compounds bro ( the secret to tren is very low fat and high carbs ( dat thermogensiszz)

I agree with Berz,
Eat mostly clean but chow down everything in sight.. I have bumped up my protein intake to around 250ish grams a day.. and thats freaken HARD.. weekends its not a problem but during the week its impossible.. work gets in the way lol.. JUST EAT EVERYTHING>
