But I was always concerned with PCT a lot even before I started (you know that).. So i am gonna do what Strykn did and BLAST HCG like crazy and then clomid FTW.. hopefully that will work.. if not then I'll just jump back on lol (only kidding... but seriously)

Halo doesn't mean PCT. what he means is too many people let gear get to their heads. Such as gains and to get huge can only be done on steroids. Then once you come off of a cycle you can get a bit depressed. Stop hitting the gym as much or let your diet slip pretty bad. That is one of the biggest reasons why guys say gear should only be used by very dedicated guys with years of training under their belt.

yea.. but if I can keep a lot of what i gained through properly planned PCT then I wont be depressed.. depression is one of the causes of low T.. happens when coming off if you dont know how to do it right.. I am excited to come off.. that just means i am closer to the next time I will be back on haha That was a joke.

yo dude don't blast HCG b4 ur pct if u only been on a regular 3-4 month test cycle, you will damage your leydig cells. ( esp if ur alrdy pinning hcg 2x a week on cycle)

Really good point. I say this to the mad young kids at my gym every time who jump on gear, even guys who have been lifting for a while. NEVER stay on gear all year round, and that's not even for the health reasons, it's for the expectations. You need to be used to training while not on gear, because it's impossible to be on 100% of the rest of your life, realistically. If you can't train without being "on", than you have no business using gear.

So what do you guys think. For a 500mg test cycle w/ dbol kick, should arimidex be taken ED or EOD at 0.5mg?

I think berz is asking if you go off and you want to gain, theres no way to continue gaining natty because of being on gear and the size is unattainable natty. so the only way to get any bigger is hopping back on gear.

Depends on how u have trained in the past
Take someone who had shitty training and not gotten good results by just normally training and yes they will have a hard time getting size after they loose it all when they come off

Take someone who has busted there ass for years and does a cycle and comes off he can still make gains with out gear

Maybe small gains but it depends how big you are. I think at the very least I would like to think I could keep my size but I have no illusions that I will get much bigger off the juice. This is me personally because I'm not going to live the dedicated body builder lifestyle of impeccable diet, rest, and training.

Question, what are your favorites for Test, as far as labs go? Also anyone have any experience w/ Northern Pharma Test E?

Forza Var was always G2G for me, i used it twice w/ good results. I've only used Var as far as gear goes a hand full of times and thats it. British Pharma Var was a fucking waste of time and money! One thing about Anavar i found was that a higher dose such as 80mg per day got no better results than 40-50mg ED did, for me anyways. 40-60mg is ideal. i always ran it about 2months give or take.

Newport & Northern are the best labs in Canada.
Northern anavar is the better then NP by a little bit.

... Strength and size the same so far, just endurance sucks actually have to focus to rep out retarded weight! :P

If post-cycle drugs, diet, and training done correct - you can keep 90% of your gains + strength gains. Unless you are freak BB huge + lean (like antoine-v), you need to cruise always to keep those gains..
